Gurnoor
Gurnoor is a Legal Assistant at Riasat Immigration Services. His responsibilities range from assisting with filing refugee claims to meticulous document preparation for clients appearing before the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB) of Canada.
He is an Internationally trained Lawyer and has a strong passion for the law. He was called to the Bar in 2020 in India. He practiced law at the Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh and District Courts, Mohali for more than a year.
Since his relocation to Canada, he has seamlessly transitioned his skills. Gurnoor successfully passing the NCA exams demonstrates his commitment and ability to meet the rigorous standards set by the Federation of Law Societies of Canada. He has acquired the Certificate of Qualification from the NCA, which is equivalent to a Canadian Law degree. In addition, he graduated with a Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Business Law from Douglas College.
Outside of work, IGurnoor loves to spend time outdoors and explore the natural beauty of British Columbia.
